    The Byodo-In temple on O'ahu, Hawaii is a replica of a Buddhist temple constructed in the 10th century in Uji, Japan.

    This scene was inspired by that replica version of the temple, evident by the red paintwork, mist shrouded mountain backdrop and lush garden surrounds.

    We started with Merlin's Byodo In product and created a version with Carrara optimized shaders, added some other structures found on the site such as the bell house and bridges, landscaped the grounds and planted the gardens to bring you the complete temple experience.
