Dr Strange outfit

The movie will be out soonish, so I was wondering if anyone has opinions on what would look like Dr Strange's outfit. Or knows if anyone is working on such a thing?

Some of the scenes look like they could be accomplished with Marshians Kaleidoscope, for example, or maybe UltraScatter with some greeble buildings applied to simple cubes?

Any opinions on wearables or how to get those wonderful scenes would be appreciated.

A lot of the tunics if retextured could do for a good start.  Unfortunately the best tunics are for much older models, so it's going to take some effort to get them to work on later figures.

Thanks. I saw some of those and was getting somewhat discouraged. If I really wanted to I'm sure I could make them work. But I am looking for something for the G2 male, or possibly G3 but I don't use it that much. I've seen the "Sherman" morph for G2 that resembles Cumberbatch but I'm not a big fan of it - in any case I just want to capture the atmosphere, not produce a look alike.

Hopefully someone is working on updating those outfits, or crafting something for the current figures. I'm not even sure I can get M3.

It would be cool to have something similar but not exactly a copy of that outfit.    Maybe something textured differently that could possibly be re-textured for non commerical usage.

 

I would love to have a cape outfit for G3M!

The Asgard Cleric may be a good starting point. With some creative retexturing and an added cape, it could work. And it's for G2M.

edit; that is if you're going for the movie version of his outfit, the comic book version may take a bit more work.

Great sugession, zombietaggerung, that is an excellent start. I hadn't seen that before. I'm going more for the movie version.

The shaolin uniform could be good, but its perfect for the Ancient One with just some recoloring. And speaking of recoloring - whats with the casting on that?

In Renderosity's free section, Uzilite has a dramatic freebie cape for thier Mike 4 Marquis suit  - the cape resembles the Strange cape from comics.

Funny side note: Uzilite made a Mike 2 Dr Strange free outfit about 10 years ago... not sure if it's still available anymore.
