Thank you.
Precarious
My first entry in the "It's Raining Men" contest. It runs through the end of December, if you're interested in entering...
A render using the new Pei character and her outfit
Inspired to do a series of '5 minute renders.'
Done in Iray CPU mode, capped at 5 minutes, with my Alienware Area-51. Just to give an idea of how fast you can get reasonable results, particularly if you want to do post work.
First up, Mssr and Friends, result with mild post work (despeckle, shrink), then an art filter.
(Extensive use of https://www.daz3d.com/sketchy-toon-edge-and-art-style-shaders-for-iray )
An outsider's first exposure to human holidays.
Omnix first Christmas
Just finished
'Model 99'
Another 5 minute CPU Iray render.
Two canvasses, distance canvas laid over to give a sense of distance haze.
And another 5 minute render.
Streets of Old London, Vintage Rose dress.
Nice work
Reminded me of the BBC series Ripper Street
Wow! I love this one. I often find I like my renders best within the 1st 20 iterations although I invariable let the go on to usually between 500 - 2000 iterations. It reminds me of a lady walking in old London though.
There is a certian charm to Iray renders that have noise remaining. It's similar to what you would get when shooting photos on high ISO film (800 or 1600).
I could see someone capturing that same scene with the same amount of noise on a film camera shooting ISO 800 film.
Yeah. And it’s great fodder for art filters
The Qualifying Trials ~ #Gallery post.
Click for full sized it almost looks like a real photo
Urban Future 5, Rapture, and a few other things.
Another 5 minute CPU render. Admittedly, I'd like it a LITTLE less grainy. Maybe it'd take 10 minutes.
Callie in a bottle
Was playing with dForce and liked the way these turned out, so they are in this thread now.
Whymsy Cloths For Genesis 3 Female(s) fit to Genesis 8 Female and dForce applied.
Certain parts including buttons have dynamics strength dialed down to 0.0
This Render is frame 62 into an animation (frame 63 the skirt exploded at the top of her left thigh)
Changed a few settings and incresed the subdivision level on both the cloths and G8F. Got farther in before exploding this time. :P
those are good
Imaged removed by poster
because it was pointed out to me this morning that I can not use paid for stock images I bought from shutterflydotcom to make my hdri. if they have faces showing in the back ground crowd. its kind of a silly rule. But it is what it is Imaged removed Daz happy now?
@rickwesh "Model 99"
Composition and lighting are really, really well done
Realized I had missed some obvious stuff last time around, so here's the Urban Future 5 render v 2. Again, 5 minutes Iray CPU render.
(Used Oil Paint filter and some basic lighting adjustment)
Todays completed render is 'Street Racer'
A new life.
Signed up, sworn in, life packed up into one tough box, and then the waiting starts.
"(did I make the right choice? Will I be able to make it through the training? What if I get sent home as a failure? No I wont! I will do this! I am strong!)"
