Looking for naturally curly hairstyles

Here's a couple of examples of what I'm looking for....

I've searched Daz and haven't found exactly what I want.  Most are either too styled, too rock chick, or too pulled back off the forehead.  I'd like something that looks very natural.  Let me know if you have some suggestions!

I've been looking for exactly the same style for some time now.  Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a great match at Daz.  Here's some partial candidates.

Chandra hair seems very natural to me but isn't as full or as long as what you are after.

Vixen hair is long and full, but isn't as curly and seems very rock-chick hairsprayed.

Digital Curlz is has perfectly natural looking curls but is unfortunately very short.

There may be an option if you want to head over to Renderosity.  Check out "SAV Aphana Hair".

You could also try Melite hair at renderosity. I haven't tested it yet with Iray hair shaders, but I've had fairly good luck doing that with other hairstyles by the same creators.

Yeah, SAV's Aphana, or Semeramis might work. We're finally seeing some decent Afro hair after years of a drought. And a fair number of frizz curls. But long, loose, but still curl-shaped curls are still hard to find.

Rosaline Hair or Nerissa Hair (@Rendo) are options, but they're not quite what we want either  (too full at the top). Frizzed Head is another option. Aphana Hair can look a lot better than the promos would lead one to believe (see here and here), and it's the closest of them all to me. I personally requested your leftmost hairstyle from AprilYSH three months ago, and she told me that it was the most commonly requested hairstyle, but that curly hair presents a lot of difficulties for the maker.
