Backdrops Made Easy

I have this Backdrops Made Easy, and really like it. I also have the Windows & Doors Extension -- this is what I'm having a problem with. I'm adding a file to show what I get when it's rendered. Why can I not get the window to have panes and be transparent? All I get is the frame.

I use Poser 9 on a Mac. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

    It looks to me like you are loading both the original BME AND the window.

    Yes, that's what I've been doing -- loading the BME, then the window or door and then adding the texture. But you are saying hide the wall then add the window and the texture. I'll certainly try that. THANK YOU!
