Newbie - where are my products

Hi, I need a little bit of help please.

I bought these products from Daz.
http://www.daz3d.com/110-expressions-for-v4-base
and
http://www.daz3d.com/beautiful-black-hairstyles
and used the installer (exe file) to set them up.

Now I can't find my products. I have read everything I can find. This was a good tutorial: http://mtdremer.hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Install-Content-for-DAZ-Studio

I've looked in:
Content Library - Daz Studio formats - everything in 'My Library' and everything in 'My Daz 3D Library'.
Content Library - Poser formats - everything in 'My Library' and everything in 'My Daz 3D Library'.
Products - V - Victoria everything
Categories - everything
Everywhere in the SmartContent tab.

Where are they? What am I doing wrong?

    First question, when you ran the installers, did you install to the correct location (where your content is)? It's common that older installers defaults to old locations.

    Otherwise,
    V4 Expressions would be in "Poser Format"->->Expressions (and maybe inside a folder named by the PA
    beautiful-black-hairstyles would be in "Poser Format"->->Hair (either nefits hairsaloon or AprylSH) forgot who made it.

    I found it under studio!
