    Nice work Linwelly!

looks like a great product, but I really can't see a use for it. I did purchase the pond though as I have lots of uses for it and it's parts.

I didn't have a use for it right now either, as I'm just buying into scifi stuff in the moment but I coudln't let that one get away, the biologist in me was screaming with joy with all the egg to tadpole to frog transitions etc

That makes sense. I can see doing a render or two, but not much else beyond that. Now if it inclided a quality Amazonian Peacock bass in the package, I could have some fun with that, LOL.

fun render and your right Tim you just gotta look outside of the box and froggies have been used a lot in horror, science fiction and fantasy with a little playing around with kitbashing and post work this froggie and tadpole could be basis for a lot of other creatures methinks more so than a lot of other creatures

Damn! those leaping shots are amazingly beautiful! Incredible! Did you already say what you used for the droplets? That detail really makes it smashing!

Here, if you zoom in you will notice the droplets, the dirt clusters and the egg colony. This 3 are all separate conforming figures, so you can use them as you please to add more realism. Since only a few noticed, there is also a full metamorphosis cycle slider that allows to grow a tadpole into an adult frog passing through all the stages. See this movie that shows how the geometry morphs during all the phases, growing the limbs and losing the tail...

  • This frog has some of the most amazing details I have seen in a product.  It is very well done, and a pleasure to work with.  It is easy to pose and simple to render with fantastic results.  :)

That metamorphosis and all the additional bits ans pieces was what really made me jump for this (in frog leaps) !  And i surely want to make more renders with that. If only render time wasn't such a limiting factor
