Where do I find my old Runtime Dna products?

in The Commons
Since Runtime Dna Products are now here, where do I find my purchased products from when they had their own store?
Also if I already bought something a few years ago from a Dna vendor will it tell me that when I purchase here at Daz3d?
BTW thanks for keeping my past purchases Daz! A fantastic suprise since (1) I can not find all my old dvds (2) It has been years since I have done 3D
Thank you in advance for help!

PS What are all those numbers behind my name? Did you put me in prison for being a deadbeat Daz member?
Heya Lilwolff! Long time no see ;).
Your RDNA products will be interspersed in your product library among your Daz products I'm afraid. Also, all may have not made the migration. I hope that you can find what you're looking for ;)

They transfered to your product library only if the email you use at DAZ matches the email you used at RDNA
Also only products that moved to the DAZ store were added to your product library.
Ohhh...that's right. Email addresses had to match. Eek. Hope they did o.O

To expand upon what AllenArt has said, lilwolff, here is what you should expect to find:
If a vendor moved to DAZ3D following the RDNA merger, and they moved all the products that they sold at RDNA to the DAZ store, then DAZ migrated all products to any users who had an account at RDNA and had purchased any of those products to be listed amongst that user's downloadable Product Library under their account here at the DAZ site. However, there are some caveats as AllenArt mentioned. Firstly, the movement of those downloads from RDNA to DAZ involved the user having accounts at both RDNA and DAZ. The migration took place over a period of time and did not occur all at once - there was a transition period. If you have and did have a DAZ account at the time of the transition, then any products that you had purchased at RDNA and are now for sale in the DAZ store should have been migrated to your DAZ account and should be available for download. However, if you did not have a DAZ account at the time of the transition, then I suspect the migration would not occur by opening an account now, but this would need to be addressed by asking the support staff.
Assuming that your purchases did get migrated, here is what will not be in your DAZ Product Library:
1. No products by vendors that did not choose to move to the DAZ store, although most did.
2. No products that the vendors who did move to the DAZ store chose not to offer for sale here. For example, some products by Aeon Soul did not migrate.
3. No products that were made for non-DAZ figures that are not available through the DAZ store were migrated. For example, products for Dawn.
So, if it is not in the DAZ store for whatever reason, it also won't be in your Product Library.
PS: Don't know how you ended up with all the numbers, but if you want to edit it, go here and edit the username field: https://www.daz3d.com/customer/account/edit/
To add on to the list SixDs
No products that were retired from the RDNA store before the merger (such as the old MicroCosm products)
Wow! Thank you all so much! Such detailed answers, very appreciated! I am sure they will also be a big help to anyone that didn't know what was happening too. Since I was around when both stores were created I had accounts at each and think i used same email. Only thing that might screw it up is if there had to be any user input during the transfer. Was glad I tracked Runtime Dna to Daz..
Hey Laurie is so nice to see you! DaWaterRat, your handle rings a bell also.
So I have been at Daz3d since what (2001) ? Only had 25 things to say. LOL
If you have been away for awhile, Lilwolff, then obviously your Product Library won't contain any recently purchased content (other than maybe DAZ Studio and the related Essentials content if you picked them up). As a consequence any RDNA content that got migrated should be at the top of your list since it is sorted chronologically by default. Just click the little blue pawn icon at the top right of the screen, choose My Account, then the Product Library icon across the top - that will display your content available for download.
And no, I do not recall any special actions required to initiate the migration.
My purchases at all 3d stores stopped around the same time, so I found an RDNA that I knew I purchased but then there would be some Daz. So it wasn't a consistant flow of only one companies products. I wish I could remember product names, but it is Vendors I remember. When I have time I will look for more of my favorites here in the store and if I recognize something, see if it is in my downloads. I am really lucky places like Daz and Renderosity saved my account records and actually offer download, if I need them. My fault I can't find all my backups but I am going to shed a few tears over Aeon Soul and the fact that not all Sixus1 products purchased made it over here from RuntimeDNA.
Thanks again for our helpfulness!
You can use the DAZ Account Manager (see my signature link) to find all your transfered RDNA items. Just click Download History, then when the product list is loaded select Order# under Search. Type "null" in the search field and do a search. That should show them all. Note that it does not show RDNA products purchased in the DAZ store after the RDNA transfer, only those that were purchased at RDNA and transfered to DAZ.
There may be a few other products that also have "null" as order number like DIM, PostgresSQL and other DS related stuff.
Wow. I have close to 300 items from RDNA. I don't even remember some of these.
