Login Failure: server did not accept username/password

Me, too. Suddenly I can't get into Install Manager. A server must be down.

I'm having the same issue. But only with DIM and with Studio itself; I can log directly into the website.

Couldn't log in with Firefox, Safari worked. What is it with this site, can't they just fix it once for all? Getting tired of this cr*p

Hey Guys,

how you fix the problem? I've the same problem.... Login via Webbrower work fine only with DIM and Studio fail to login.

The problem was fixed in less that two hours. In your case it would be a good idea to check your antivirus or anti-malware.

i checked my firewall and add new Roules for DIM and DazStudio... nothing helped. But ive found tread where they say that the password doesnt have any symbols only numbers and letters. so I've chnaged my password and now it works ;-)

for about 2 month ive setup a new Workstation and changed from Win7 to Win10. and at the beginnings works all fine...the problem comes after i installed DIM/ Daz and the content.

Can not sign in to my install manager. Only allows me to get it in with offline. Not sure how I am supposed to download the mac daz studio if my install manager is not working.

can't log in to my account changed the password multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't log in i can on the website but can't in the actual program
