what is right place for glossy map

Ok, what is right place for glossy map. In genesis3 it is usually in glw and top coat weight but in genesis2 it is in glossy color and top coat color. So my question is that does it matter, if i put it in either one or another plase, does it work regardless.

If you convert G2 skin texture to Iray, you'd have the same places to plug it as in G3.

What you describe is 3Delight settings, which is optimized for a different render engine. What Iray does is converting the 3Delight settings "on the fly", with varying results.

This is an example for a skin converter that works on G2 and plugs your maps in the right place: https://www.daz3d.com/iray-smart-converter-and-advanced-skin-managers-for-genesis-2

another one, which works on a very different premise is http://www.daz3d.com/n-g-s-anagenessis-2-revolution

This page in the online D|S docs gives a bit of guidance as to what goes where, although I've found the technical terms used are a bit lacking in clarity if you're new to Iray rendering. It explains what each parameter is, but (IMHO) doesn't always do a good job explaining how to use them, especially where there are a few parameters dependent on each other's values, and where parameters have limits beyond which you get "not found in the real world" surface effects, such as infinitely perfect smooth glossiness.

(Edit: note that some parameters will show or not show depending on which shader modes you've selected at the top of the Surfaces Pane.)
