American football field?

Just realized I don't have an American football field and the only ones I see in the store are soccer fields. Am I missing something?

I don;t recall seeing one. there is probably one at turbosquid. I would think for a PA that would be a big undertaking. Can't imagine trying to render Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum with all the players, much less a crowd.

I just need the actual field not the stands as much. I guess it would be hard with all the signage. I probably can find a photo to blur in BG, but was just surprised that one wasn't here. I could have sworn there was one when Reby Sky came out but I guess I'm wrong. I did an old render with V4 with a football field ground but I must have used a photo.

...if you are looking for just the field surface here s one in .obj format at Turbosquid for 20$

    https://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/realistic-football-field-3d-model/554920

One more like you'd find at a high school or small college with a surrounding running track for 59$ (they will convert to ,obj).

another.obj 21$ at CG Trader.  This one looks to have separate material zones for the team/city/school name in the end zone areas.

Well there's this: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/?item_id=47514, but it's non commercial use only.  It seems to me, though that this would be relatively exay to cobble together; 4 cylinders for each field goal and an image map for the ground stripes on a plane.

Thanks but I'll probably see if I can dig up the old photo I used before for this purpose. I'd rather not shop at a store where I'm unsure of the return policy, if it works with IRay, etc... Just surprised no one here has done one. There are tons of complicated sets here, and there is a baseball field (school only though.) Not a big deal, I just thought I was missing something.

the one I linked is a freebie. But that whole none commercial thing might be a problem for you.

Just go to morguefile or another freebie photo place and nab one as a backdrop.

Thanks everyone but I need something that is OK for commercial use and with the ability to look realistic. A photo is all I really need for now and I think I already have one, but just thought this could be a good project for a PA since apparently there isn't one in the store.

While the texture I posted is non-commercial, in case you need it sometime the stadium with field I posted is unrestricted use

...same with the one at CG Trader and it has dropped in price.

I'd have to take a look at some actual stadiums since I'm not really a sports person, But I would think a stadium is a stadium. Just change the texture on the field to change the game played in the stadium add a couple goal-post props (or make some out of primitive cylinders)...

This one is pricey ($60), but it has a Cowboys endzone...

No poser format, but there is an OBJ

And if you want even pricier options...
