It's a vehicle from my childhood... it was already quite old by the time I was born, but I remember it very well, as all the local farmers had them (in Scotland) and we used to hop on for a ride along the road.

Needless to say it went straight into my cart.

I hope it's successful, and would like to see a military add-on pack, namely, the "piglet" configuration used in Northern Ireland - I was thinking it might also appeal to people doing post-apocalyptic stuff if also given a grunge texture with the protective meshes on it.

The "piglet"...

There was also a variant with low-profile wings (over the wheels) to make it lighter for air transportation etc...

Anyway, even if no add-on pack comes along, I will certainly take great pleasure in using the "normal" 88.

Cheers

Just about to buy this as well. I used to drive Land Rovers years ago in the workshops, great vehicles.

Thanks Ansiko, another superb looking model.
