Japanese basket hats - where or how to create?

in The Commons
Looking for hats/headwear like these...
Daz store only.
Thinking maybe it's time to make some myself....
Wondering if it's possible to make one from some set of wicker basket prop- included with some other product......
But usually SOMEONE who knows the library better than me- hits a source.
Any ideas?

Looking at this.......

And, and maybe the two round ones....
Would rather have the real deal though
Even this...
Or this?
I think some kitbashing is in order....
...the lower one reminds me of Big Trouble in Little China.
I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Admiral Fukyama from Legion
At least we're on the same page.
As far as the look goes....
Some stacking of props should get me close. I just can't find a basket that curves.
C'mon Will, isn't this the part where you name some obscure Daz tool and explain a complicated set of steps, but make it sound like it's easy to do?
here is a very quik test with one of the baskets from the set above. the handles are not a seperate surface so you would need to remove the polies with the geometry editor. With a bit of testing it should be possible to add a LIE map (opacity map) to make the wickter thinner at the front.
Adding a d-former quickle resulted in this:
so I guess the yre an option (there is always kitbashing, ;) )
Well Done Lin! That looks interesting. Thanks for taking the time..!
I will probably sit that basket on top of one of those rimmed hats so it looks a little more like a 'take' on the classic style.
It'll probably be the round one without the handles that gets used, but the deformer method is going to be the next deep dive.
