Eyelashes not following my MCM for eyes closing (G8F)

What can i do? I did a toony character in Hexagon with large eyes and were able to do an MCM (again in hexagon) to close her eyes and it works perfectly... except the eyelashes are entirely unaffected by the new eyes closing morph and stay where they were. What did I do wrong? And how do I fix it?

Make sure that AutoFollow is on in the Parameter Settings dialogue, accessed by clicking the gear icon on the morph slider.
