Don't those come with the bundle for that girl in the promo? I can't remember the product name but she's new. I would dig for you but I'm at work and a lot of the content in the shop is a little too revealing for me to be comfortable looking through too find it.

I do not recognise the hair used in the promos, sorry.

The style of the pigtails reminds me a lot of Maris hair, that's why I thought it could be their work too.

The only discrepancy is the hair you linked to has the tails tied off much lower than the ones in question.
Wouldn't be the first time Crocodile Liu teased some hair before releasing it.
Possibly still working out some undesirable kinks.
Or they sold it to daz and have no control over when it will be released.
