help ID messy eye shadow makeup

Hi,

 

Can anyone ID this eye shadow makeup? is it from skinbuilder or is it an overlay style makeup? i think LIE is what they are called? i have the makeup on one of my characters but its part of the face texture.  So if i try to apply the makeup to another character with different body skins it replaces only the face makeup and i dont want that.  The characters i saw them on are from two different vendors.  So i'm hoping that its an overlay type makeup of some sort.  I just havent had any luck with the search terms i'm putting in. 

 

The top one is the one i have and its slightly different from the bottom one. I guess they used something to make the top part of it bigger like maybe two sets of eyeshadow overlapping.

I think quite a few characters come with similar messy makeup options. If you let us know where you got the images of the bottom character it might help narrow it down.

That one might actually be better than the one i showed even if its not the same exact one.  Its just hard to tell because of the hairstyle on the model which is covering up the sides of the mascara.
