Aging Face Details HD....any renders? opinions?

in The Commons
Interested into these products : Aging Face Details HD for Genesis 3 and 8 Female(s) and Aging Face Details HD for Genesis 3 and 8 Male(s).
Did you get it? Any render? What do you think of it?
I'd be interested in Aging body details too @Zev0 , is it coming?
Thank you.

I'm not sure I understand the point of buying the face product without the corresponding body aging details. Isn't that how the previous versions were sold - as one product?
Hi. These are new face\sculpt details that were not offered in the Aging Morphs products. It can be used as stand alone, or with the Aging Morphs sets. Think of it as an expansion for Aging morphs, but is also designed to work as a stand alone product for adjusting the face appearance. Hope that makes sense. See attachment for comparison example.
Thank you for chiming in Zev0. I appreciate your doing this product for both G3 and G8.
No Problem
What if I want to make an early twenty-something character look more like late thirty-something or early 40s? Will this product help?
Yes it can. I suggest looking at the Aging Morphs product and compare the promo's to see what one will give you the desired result.
Not sure what you mean by that question. This will work with characters that are not HD specific as well. Or are you talking about render results if the figure is not set to render out at a higher sub-d level?
Ah, ok - I get that now. Thanks.
Thanks, Zev0
That answered my question. :) And now I'm reminded to render at higher sub-d for non-HD characters with this. Thanks! :)
Cool. Just play with these settings. If you set Subdivision level to 3 you can see all the morph details in viewport before rendering.
Got the bundle yesterday. Don't regret it.
Will need to get the Aging morph bundle for G8, until then I'll use the G3 ones I own.
A few quick renders :
G8F with Aging face details only (no other morphs except cornea bulge) with Charlotte 8 skin
G3F with aging morphs and aging face details (no other morphs except cornea bulge) with Rune 7 skin
Those came out really well. Nice one
Hi Guys. Product has been updated to add a few more options. These are added to both male and female versions. Thank you all for your support.
The gift... er, purchase... that keeps on giving! I wondered what was in the update I just downloaded. Now I know, (and knowing is half the battle.)
Are there no presets included other than the demo one?
Not really. I didn't want to pre-dictate how the product should be used by offering more presets. I can make up a few and post it here when I have time, but it wont be an official product update.
Please post them here. It always help to see, what the person creating the product, could make with them.
I found Aging Face Details can be handy if you want to give a figure a slightly more weathered look, while still maintaining a somewhat young appearance. Results vary to accomplish this, ofcourse, but it can add just that little bit extra to get rid of the smooth-skin effect seen on many figures in their default state. The effect of the morphs is much stronger, and does quickly result in adding several years to your figures' age.
Thank you for this great update. Appreciate it.
What I like about it is that it can also improve the look of basic expressions.
This is basic G8M no morph other than aging details (and cornea bulge). Skin is M8.
How come the gif doesn't work? Any one knows what I do wrong?
Until then you can see it here : https://sta.sh/0gapgexc3so
Hi @Zev0 - Thanks for the extra morphs, but I notice that the full reset / partial resets don't seem to reset these new ones - is this deliberate or an oversight?
PS: I love the morphs though, having a great time trying everything out. And it's simple enough to select currently used and zero those new ones, so no big deal on the resets.
Yeah, but you gotta be careful that it doesn't change the colour of your bowtie while it's doing it.
I did it in purpose as a second thought when making the gif!
