How do you combine a series of png Images into a video?

Hi I am using animate2,and my output is a sequence of png pics.. I dont want to kick out a video because I need to change a few things in the images. how do I combine the images into a video file? I googled and found that Photoshop can do it, but apparently not my version. Can sony vegas do it? Thanks!

Any video editing program should be able to combine still images into a video. You can even do it with Windows Movie Maker.

you can do it with Blender.
It may be more than what you need, but another free one (there is a paid upgrade version too), that I use for video workflow is Davinci Resolve.
I use Sony Vegas.
Davinci Resolve does it and you can do all your color grading and editing in there too, and it's free!
The importer of your video editing software should have an option to import the individual frames/images and the duration of each frame. Set to either 24 frame a second or 30 frames a second depending on how you rendered them.
Camtasia isn't free but it's easy to do and has a lot of features.
