Possible to get a support issue escalated

This is a sales issue, and not a small one, that I have not had a response on in almost 7 days (tomorrow). I have asked for a response every day this week.

    With the PC sale they do seem to be under heavier than usual load. Adding reminders won't speed the process, I'm afraid, since they are presumably going through the queue from oldest to newest rather than vice versa..

    As Richard mentioned, they're working from the oldest to the newest....

    They're still working their way up toward 2019.
