reset the perspective to default?

This is just something that bugs me. Somehow I jacked up the default position of my perspective view. It just seems off from where it's always been.. It used to be more frontal and closer.. now its like off to the side and the focal length or something is off. Does anyone know if there's a way to reset it and get it back to the way it was? Thanks

    If you turned on ASPECT Frame it is now set to the RENDER size of your Viewport. That is normal. Turn the Aspect Frame off or set your Render size to the Viewport and it should return to normal.
