Gun Holster from Promo Picture

Hey all,

Can anyone identify this gun holster (https://www.daz3d.com/ezra-for-the-brute-8) in the fifth picture?  I've looked everywhere on DAZ, but can't find it.

I know there is a certain discussion for asking this type of question, but I can't seem to find that.  I can't find anything today.  cheeky

Many thanks!

    Maybe https://www.daz3d.com/bad-guy-for-genesis

I looked at that one, but the holster straps are too thin on the top and it doesn't go far enough down the chest.  Thanks, though.

I don't recognize it. It is very distorted which lets me think it is an older item or made for a female.

here are a couple of alternates

The author of that promo downloaded the ripped mesh holsters from Uncharted 4 and transfered it into DAZ for personal use.  Likewise with the shirt and watch.  So you won't find them anywhere in DAZ because the mesh rights belongs to Naughty Dog.  Otherwise DAZ gets sued for selling illegal mesh.

Promo artists for DAZ products shouldn't be allowed to do that for products in the DAZ store IMO. Same for using assets sold at stores that sell ripped game assets, Marcius is bad about that one.

"Well, I'm not a gamer, not even closer. So I really don't know when a gme character or costume is ripped. And i'm not selling any product ripped, just my character, so sometimes I like some stuff and use it im promso. Of course when I know  that product has copyright issues I avoid to use them in any way. So my bad, but is not intensional and everytime Daz notice that, they always let me know and I simply make anoter render withoiut that product." Thanks for the tip anyway.

Y'know, I had a feeling it was from the Uncharted games, but I wasn't 100%.  Dang, I was hoping it would've been an artist created mesh, cos good gun holsters like that are so hard to find.

fair point and makes sense. there are 2 stores that sell ripped game mesh (superhero, movie and game specific characters) and I have seen time and time again in the forums people asking where you got those outfits when they saw them in promos of yours. So obviously you shopped from one of them without knowing any better. The most common thing you use is the shorts from the BadGirl Style for G3Foutfit which is from a game figure and sold in one of these stores.

You do good work, I would just be careful of where you get your promo assets from since that could lead others to the wrong places also..

Thanks again, I will take more care from now on for sure. I really have no idea those shorts were from a game, I just like the way they look.
