Hi all,
Last night I came across this problem I haven't encountered before.
Rendering screen is all grey...no option to spot render let alone do a full one.
See attached picture.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi Rolow,
Nothing in the way and nothing loaded in the screen at present.
Even when I load something, then go to Render section screen go's totally grey
Puzzled....
Did you change any of the Render settings? Also, have you tried to load a figure, say Genesis, and then use the View / Frame button to center it in the viewport? I have been trying to duplicate your problem with nothing similar.
I believe that you do not have your Viewport Pane (tab) turned on because I do not see it at the top of your Render port. You can turn it on from the Main Menu using Window / Panes (Tabs) / Viewport (see image). Once you have enabled the viewport again, you may have to change your layout to something else and then back again for its tab to "dock" in the Render workspace. Please let me know if this works...
Ok,firstly thanks,you're a genius.
I have 10 hours of insomnia up my sleeve and I'm bored.
Secondly it opens in another tab/page/screen but I'm happy with that.
Could of sworn I didn't hit any changes but you never know when you do things quickly.
Maybe the update setting have changed...not to sure

Hard to diagnose from the screenshot. Is there a scene loaded? If so, perhaps the camera (or view) is being blocked by a wall or something.
What does the viewport look like? Is anything loaded into the scene (Scene tab)?
