40% Discount on Sale Items Too?

I got an email from DAZ offering me a 40% discount which does not exclude already-on-sale-items. I got a DAZ website alert when I signed into my account - also offering me a 40% discount, but with the restriction that it doesn't apply to already-on-sale-items. The discount code is the same in the email and on the website.

Before I start shopping, could someone from DAZ tell me if what I buy is going to be 40% discounted even though it is already on sale?

I've attached a screenshot from the email showing that the discount does not exclude sale items, only gift cards, memberships, PC+ itmes, and new releases.

    Your link takes me to a post about "on-site" coupons. I'll post a screenshot of what that post says.

    I'm talking about the coupon I received from DAZ in an email, which I'll post below also. It says "EXTRA 40% OFF* YOUR NEXT PURCHASE" "Discount does not apply to gift cards, memberships, PC+ items, or new releases."

    What I want to know is, is DAZ going to honor this coupon? It does not exclude already-on-sale items. And it specifically says "EXTRA 40%OFF" not 40% off, but EXTRA 40% off. The word EXTRA means: in addition to any other discounts.

    Why don't you try it with a single on sale item? Then you know if it works, or not.

    Because you can only use the coupon once.

    The coupon is valid as long as you don't go and finalize the payment.
    You can enter and cancel it before that, and see if the price changes, or not.

    I made a purchase. I entered the discount code, and then just kept adding things to see if there was a discount. Some stuff, like pose sets by Sedor - had no discount at all. The 60% discounted FLASH SALES items added a discount and were considerably cheaper than the 60% discount. It was trial and error.
