Nice one! - now consider a milk tanker ( used to pickup bulk milk from dairy farms) usually the trailer tank is highly polished stainless steel..
NIce one - where is that HDRI from (and 4k, 8k??) ? Any tips on scaling the envoronment sphere to match the model - That gves me a lot of trouble, and I find many HRDRI when using IBL master give me fits scaling or orienting to look right..
Thanks!
Bobby and His Girl!
Hmm, was going for that weathered look;) Maybe overdid it slightly:)
It's an 8k one from HDRI Haven, don't recall the name, I can check. The road is a prop though, so didn't use a shadowcatcher. I know what you're talking about, some HDRIs are very hard to scale and position so they look right. And if you use DoF with a shadowcatcher the road or ground often gets blurred, because of the distance, I hate that:) I think the awe environmental sphere has a slightly different uv-mapping than the IBLM env. sphere, I find it easier to work with...I usually scale it up to 500% or more, then move it up or down as needed;)
Thanks Sven.... will have to play around.. In the meantime..
Waiting for Bonnie and Clyde?
Nice work
Looks like they're waiting for those moonshiner runners!

work in progress... need to add a hippie chick and work on the lighting a tad... G8 figure is a bit underexposed.. (and I just noticed I missed re-texturing one of the curtains)
Hahaha, I love that! The dude looks sooo much like one of my friend, unbelievable=) Nice one!
Far out, man!
Dana
He needs to have his far out Ladies with him!!!
Anybody seen one of these?
Never! Interesting concept. I think you'd have to lift it up to turn it around. It doesn't look like it would clear the door or center console just pivoting in place. Love the color combination!

Some more info on it https://macsmotorcitygarage.com/the-fabulous-1961-buick-flamingo/
Seems neither the seat or the car made it into production
That is interesting, thanks! I also checked out the story of the Ventiports. As a kid in the 60's, I always knew a Buick by those.

Toronto as backdrop!! - used to work downtown Toronto - way back when.. nice one!
Lancia Stratos..
A cool looking car! Expensive, too.

Looks like there's something exciting the boys want mom and dad to go take a look at! Nice image!

Here is a render I did of me, in my 1969 Camaro SS, driving through the lower drive of my high school. The school was torn down last year. I took the background photo in 1973 and have it in a scrapbook. This render actually happened many times when school let out. It jars my memory quite well!
Monster trucks anyone?
I have seen this background before. What I want to know is...what is that little "thingy" laying in the street with all the rose petals around it? It has been in every one I've seen of this! It can be eaisly edited out with photoshop. I can do it for you if you like.
Tall boy! Wow!
Gotta bring in more 50's era stuff here, can't have it all be 60's!
It's a classic example of "Push button see what happens"
HDRI is from HDRIhaven "Cloudy Cliffside Road"
The thngy looks to be a mottning point for a removeable sign or post.. Its in the HDRI photo, so I worked around it when positioning. I could Photoshop it out easily (thanks fro the offer), but I think I'll leave it in for now...
Love the Monster Truck, BTW..
https://www.daz3d.com/rural-crossroads and other stuff. The Airstream trailer is an untextured object file I converted to Iray - only I don't recall where I found the object but there are several available around the web.
