WAC uniform suggestions?

Can anyone suggest some items I can hack to make something like a Women's Army Corps dress uniform of WWII/Korean War vintage? Visual guides:
By 'hack' I mean I can photoshop my way around textures; I'm not so handy with altering garments in 3D.
The skirt is easy enough, I must have a half-dozen at least that can be used. Finding some sensible shoes might be tricky, but at worst, I could plonk some M4 dress shoes on my V4. I think I saw a kepi on ShareCG that could serve for the peaked cap, and there's a few caps around that will stand-in for the other kind. Is there a four-button, single-breasted jacket around that will work, preferably one with a shirt and tie built in?
Thanks in advance!

Which figure are you going to use? Your best bet may be the Morphing Fantasy Dress. You could even be able to use two of them and layer one on top of the other to create the lapels.
Vic4, since I have most experience with her, and there are a ton of clothes cheaply or freely available. I'm not seeing how the MFD will work for the jacket, but I can give it a go. I'm lazy, though; I'm hoping for something a little more off-the-shelf. :)
You'd have to make a trans map and paint the texture to replicate the 3d elements im GIMP or Photoshop. You could also use trans maps and layer dresses up, like a dress layer that is the lapel and pocket flaps, and an underlayer that is the dress body.
If you were using Genesis, there is probably a men's uniform jacket that comes close. But it's won't be accurate, it would button the opposite of a women's jacket.
I think PoserWorld has some military uniforms for gen3 and gen4 figures. But you'd need a membership to download them.

the M4 Army General uniform jacket could be used and retextured if needed. Buttons can be made from squashed Sphere's and textured easy enough add any skirt and there ya go. Hats varied considerably and most can be found here at the Daz store. this is a 2 minute attempt... Image sucks, but you get my point. Dont know why this posted 3 times...
It's surprising how few good quality "real world" uniforms are available. I know that they are harder to do than skimpwear or some of the "fantasy" uniforms, but you would think it must be something of an utapped market. Just my dos centavos.
Cos 3 is a magic number ?
Third time is the charm.
That looks pretty good, but for the fact it buttons up the wrong side. I guess I could pose the figure flipped, then flip the rendered image in Photoshop... though I'd probably have to pose everything else in the scene separately (or rather, pose the WAC separately).
I guess if I had more under-the-hood skills, I could flip the OBJ file and... do something to make a mirrored jacket? Except for Photoshop, though, I'm pretty much a twiddle-the-dials user.
Yah, except for BDU-type outfits there seems to be nothing but 'skimpwear' uniforms. Which is fine in itself, DAZ and everyone else has to follow the money, but, you know, there's some more money over there, guys.
The only think I can find in my runtime is made by BAT for Aiko 3, but it's doublebreasted with a more nautical vibe
Jackets like tha tcan't be that hard to find... As far as the M4 General's jacket, reversing the side it's buttoned on wouldn't actually be that hard, as long as the other side was modeled properly. It waould take jusrt a couple of minutes to swap in the .obj, then import the new .obj as a morph. Fitting it to Victoira after that will be somewhat more problematic without something like Wardrobe Wizard for Poser.
I don't know if Studio has an appropriate analogue for Gen3/4. It wasn't even a going concern for the most part until Generation 4, if memory serves.
Im going to be using http://www.daz3d.com/business-suit-for-genesis-3-female-s to try and make a Navy Wav uniform of the same era. It might work for WAC as well.
I've been trying to create British Women's ATS battledress uniforms for G2F and G3F with little or no success. Between 1939 and 1941, women were given men's uniforms to wear, so that's of some help but not much.
