No, it was a targetted offer, We have asked often that people who receive this sort of offer do not talk about them on the forum, as it can become very confusing for those who didn't receive the offer.. This thread unfortunately slipped through the net and wasn't spotted until it already had several responses.
This one was a two part offer, so if you didn't get the first notification message, then you wouldn't have received the 2nd. This time the target group was taken from people who hadn't already purchased any Genesis 3 figures
Yeah - in fact, the last 2 coupons I've received from Daz, when I tried to use them in checkout I get a "coupon invalid" message. I've sent in reports twice now and have received no satisfaction. Since this time I actually had to spend money to get the $50 coupon I am not happy and I will NOT cease until they either refund the purchase price of Victoria 7 or send me a valid coupon. My next step will be to file a complaint with the better business bureau.
You have to be a rocket scientist to use a Daz Coupon. Not a good way to treat customers. Why should using a coupon be complicated? I have been with Daz for a long time, spent lots of money with them, and I am still not amused.

Well, to be fair, this particular coupon was rather simple - only valid for DAZ Originals, which were neither new releases nor PC items. You can easily tell which items qualify, as I have shown on the page before.
But there are sales which certainly do need a degree of higher maths and English to be understood. Add to it that sometimes the sale is borked, on a pure technical point, and items which clearly qualify don't work.

Have you asked to return V7 and receive a refund?
Gee - that makes me fell all warm and fuzzy. NOT!
I buy 2 products when they become available, and I don't count.

Same here. Getting more and more disheartened with the Daz business model.

Daz did issue me a $50 store credit after I explained it, so
