Hey there,

On your website, where do I find my membership renewal date? I've been searching for it but unable find that information.

Cheers.

It was shown in the "Membership Management" section of Your "My Account" tab her in the forum, but recently there is no date shown anymore but only "Membership: Active until end of billing period" with no hint WHEN the billing started or will end. Good luck for your quest for information.

It is shown on the Membership Management page: www.daz3d.com/subscription/membership next to the label "Next Renewal". That will be the date your membership is active until.

Note that there might be a discrepancy with the dates that should be fixed in the next week or so. There was an orange banner about it yesterday but it's gone now.

There is no "Next Renewal" on my page. I am Daz+ untill sometime next year.

Oh, that's odd. Under "Subscription Status" I have Membership, Price and then Next Renewal. The date is wrong but there is one there. Hopefully they will sort all that out next week tho.

It still shows my Daz+ subscription as N/A. I had paid with store credit and I think it's supposed to expire April 28 but I don't see any evidence of this. I'm still getting Daz+ prices. I hope I still get my coupons next month.

No sign of the "Next Renewal" label on my screen! ??

Yeah, that's what mine says. What was the point of removing something so important? They need to bring back that info.

It seems to be missing for some and present for others, so I guess it is a bug (possibly related to, but a diffrent expression of, the one that means some people don't show as active members at all).

Even my membership says N/A at the moment.

I have the same problem as some others: I have a plus account paid until November 2025, but on the membership page it says a free account and no expiration. I tried to log out and then log in again, as suggested, but nothing changed. What should I do? Is it necessary to open a ticket or is DAZ aware and will fix things? Attached is the screen-shot of the membership page.

Daz is aware of a display problem on the membership page, and is working on it.

If the only thing that doesn't work is that you don't see the right status and date on the membership page, but you still get your membership benefits as expected, then don't open a ticket for now, it should be fixed automatically when the display bug is fixed.

If there's something else that doesn't work, then open a ticket.

At the moment it seems that the display of the membership status is the only problem, the monthly coupons are visible and I have used them without a hitch, also on the DAZ+ and DO items the correct discounts related to the plus subscription are visible. I am waiting for DAZ to solve the problem.
    Thanks for the reply.

I have to correct a bit of what I said before, I think maybe some things don't work. I put an item from "Mad artist stores" in my cart and on the 22nd I made a purchase, so today I should have had the 10% gold star discount plus the 10% discount for DAZ+ and Premiere, but it seems only the 10% gold star discount is applied. Attached are images of the same item in the store and in the cart.

Richard said that Daz was aware and working on it.

    I have the same problem.

I would suggest waiting some days, if you have the Daz+ coupns

I don't know if this is the same problem as others or something different. I long ago purchased Daz+ annual plans, which are still valid for a long time. My Membership status shows a monthly plan with a renewal date. I have never had a monthly plan. I have never given Daz permission to automatically renew my existing Daz+ as a monthly plan when the existing paid for plan expires in 2026. Is this just misleading text or will they really start charging me in 2026, without me signing up for a subscription? And why does it say "Premier Daz+"? Premier and Daz+ are two separate plans as I understand it. The price shown is the Daz+ price. This page is a mess, and I don't know what to believe.

Probably a good diea to open a ticket to check, though you could wait a week or so to see if any of the fixes deal with it. But I wouldn't leave it to chance.

probably when they stopped the yearly plan they automaticly put you on the monthly plan and those that still had months left were offered discount on prem or discounted monthly basic daz+ but you would think since they bought that back the yearly you'd automaticly go on the yearly though because price has increased you'd lose a few months, I got around $5 knocked off mine when I went back to yearly

My membership page is still not correct. I have the coupons showing, prices in the cart are okay but the membership page claims I'm on the free tier. My membership does not expire until sometime in Dec next year.

No one has yet told is it is meant to be fixed, so I would not expect any change.

So we have no way of knowing when our membership expires until we suddenly see different prices? I know mine ends towards the end of April but I'd like to know the exact date. I'll probably be done with Daz for a while when mine expires and I'd like to know my last day to purchase. Do I have to really open a ticket to find out when my subscription expires?

I would hope the issue will be resolved by then, but there are several things apparently that need attanetion. They have fixed the blurry text and blank buttons today, so progress is being made, and i know they are looking at the expiry date thing since I am affected to and they have been asking me for screenshots etc..

I have put in a ticket and mine still shows 12 months not 15. Since the date is clear, if it is not resolved soon, I will request a refund. As several have mentioned, this promotion that doesn't work is leaving a bad taste. Everything since the shift to premier has been this way. Very disheartened.

As far as I know the issue is not fixed in general, so adding a ticket is not needed yet. We were told it should be fixed by the end of the week, so that is till two and a bit days.

Just checked and the timeline remains that the issue should be resolved this week.

Will the issue of at least some members not receiving credit for remaining Premier months (that were obtained by swapping DAZ+ months) also be resolved this week?

I don't know, we did point it out and received an acknowledgement.

Well it is the last day of March. What will happen for my DAZ Plus membership and my coupons on April 1st? Is this a nice start to April? April Fools!

This problem has gone on for so long that DAZ should have issued a formal statement by now and sent emails of reassurance to all the affected members. The silence itself is very disappointing.

As far as we know your membership is fine, it is just the membefship page which is giving bad info.

  • hjakehjake Posts: 1,057

Indication of my Plus membership has been reinstated, but no indication of my expiry date is given. So atleast I should get my coupons tomorrow. I have updated my customer support request to ask for clarificatrion of my expiry date.

    Well, the page has now changed. It does not show the end date though and apparently the system insists to have a credit card [or some other form of payment, not store credit] ready and waiting. I do NOT want my present CC being charged again and apparently have no way to remove that information without having another CC to replace it. {I have no CC payment info stored so ??? this page has called it up again}

I'm also missing the info that my subscription is not set to 'recurring', that part of the page seems to have been completely removed. Now, it says 'next renewal', but my sub was never set to renew automatically. Is this still part of the 'we're fixing it' process, or a new standard thing?
