TangoAlpha's Rustic Theatre [Commercial]

All the world's a stage,
And the men and women merely Genesis 3;
They have  their exits and their entrances,
And Lee 7 in his time plays many parts . . .

A kingdom for a stage! George HD to act, and Victoria 7 to behold the, um, swelling scene . . .

Think, when we talk of Daz_Horses that you see them, planting their proud pixels in the receiving earth . . .

What better way to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death than with a shakespearian-syle stage?
Two styles of proscenium - rustic wood and faux marble, working curtains, working trapdoors, fully rigged modern theatre lighting. A balcony  for the legendary balcony scene. stage manager and lighting desks. Or why not ditch the pillars and the chairs, and hold a rock concert? Yeah man!

Out now for Daz Studio, Daz Studio Iray and Carrara. http://www.daz3d.com/rustic-theatre

    That is splendid. We've got a few of those here in L.A.. The shape is particularly reminiscent of the one that used to be a church.

    As I understand it, this was originally an outbuilding to the neighbouring abbey (which was destroyed as part of the Dissolution by Henry VIII around 1540). it's one of the few old abbey buildings still standing. It's not known exactly the original purpose of this particular building (possibly the brew house), but it dates back to the mid 1400s, and that's still the original roof (in the same sense that my broom is still original after 3 new heads and 2 new handles!)

  • Will I be able to make the building disappear into the night leaving just the stage for some Shakespeare in the park in the round with some heaving bossoms? Whether tis nobler to toss ripe red tomatoes or let them rot first tisn't my question.
