Just got off their live chat. I'd ordered some things 17 days ago that went on sale today, and asked if they have a price change refund policy. They do, but it's for 14 days. So, no. But he did give me a $15.00 gift card! Which I think is kinda cool.
Just remember - 14 days!

Kinda makes you appreciate DAZ's 30 day policy a bit more, doesn't it?
But I have to say, Newegg has always treated me fair. They are the first place I go looking for hardware. And usually the last.
That was my first order, but I agree with you. They've become my first stop for hardware.
I get a lot of my computer stuff there, I will not order from computer shops that don't offer extended warranties lol.
Newegg is usually very good. at least I've had no hassle returns and exchanges. Products have always been oem, etc. Prices are
very good overall.
they shipped me a damaged laptop from their warehouse. they ran out the clock my return window until I got stuck with it. i have dozens of unanswered emails, phone calls that accomplished nothing. I've spent thousands with them over the years, but they are not the company they used to be, not by a long shot. I'll never do business with them again. There was no reason for them to do what they did, but they pursued it.
I bought heavily from them when I was in the PC repair business. I still watch all their email sales (2 or 3 a day) and still keep an eye on things, but my itch to buy has evaporated. Nowdays when I do need something like a hard drive or Antivirus I wait for a good sale but even then sometimes I'll check Amazon for the same item and can often get it for near the same price. Amazon is now my go-to place for almost everything.
