Was needing someone to do a certain hair for me for V4 but I really cannot do it and I cannot find it online either. Is anyone who is good with creating hair do it for me? can pay through paypal if the price is reasonable.

It might help to describe what you want done - or better yet provide reference images to show what you need done. I'm sure more complex styles will affect whether it can be done. And the style needed might affect whether someone wants to take the project on or not. :)
