For a female character, this one should do it.

I think Ravi is supposed to be Indian judging by his name, but he might pass?

Haven't really noticed too many Genesis 8 but here's a couple of Genesis 3:
Isamu for Genesis 3 Male
Ahmad for Genesis 3 Male
There were also a few for Michael 4, if you want to try GenX2, or these newer character conversion utilities.
Middle Eastern is sort a hugely vague request as they are a lot of looks but the Indian characters mentioned, any of Darwin's Mishaps, and lots of others. Generally give them a more olive or darker tan and more wavy darker brunette hair more generally. There are variances there too but since you are meaning most commonly then that's the way to go. There are lots of variance in skin tone too.
Basically search for some pictures and go shopping in the DAZ Store for what you have in mind from the picture.
I think Ravi can make a good middle eastern man (as mentioned above) than there's also Raj over at Renderosity, also by RedzStudio who I think can work. He's for Genesis 3 Male though
I tried recently this model

and no matter how, aplying the right amount of HDRI light, it looks middle eastern to me, maybe because the dark circles around the eyes and the darkish skin.
Example of arab men... Only Ravi HD is similar.
If you just need morph dials, the North African characters from here might help you:

For skins, anyone who can pass as North Mediterranean (Gianni 7, Diego 8, etc) can also probably be used for South Mediterranean/Middle Eastern/many but not all North Africans, which I believe was part of the point Noah was making.
It's not only a matter of shape, I think the skin, eyebrows and beard make the difference.
Some skin materials :
I was going to mention something old school: L-K Oman for M4 at Renderosity. He is supposed to be Middle-Eastern. Here is my very crude iray conversion:
