There was the free HD Addons on yesterday's sales page. I'm guessing the "Buy any Debut New to get a Select FREE* Items below" in the Debut New Releases section is leftover and needs to be removed.
Could be. I picked up the Victoria 7 HD Add-On yesterday.
Oh well, just did pick up a combo of Brute 8 Pro bundle and Gianni 7 Pro bundle for $40! There's a flash sale on for buy a G8 bundle, get G3 or G2 bundle free.
And eventually I will just checkout the big wishlist I assembled this morning even if no free item.
Is anyone else (in addition to the above NUMEROUS issues) having their Plat-Club coupons not work correctly?
Yesterday had over $18 in *applicable* items (applicable to the coupon I was attempting to use), applied the coupon (at least it applied I guess), but it only dropped the price ~$2 instead of $6. Filed a ticket and no response (other than automated)... so now pricing has changed on it all and back on the wish-list ('ignore until it is too old to be useful' list) they went.
Yes, none of the items were new, or PC+ or any of the other exceptions ;)
Now prices are whited out, 'deal' terms/ad is almost unintelligable (come on! English is only the dominate language on this continent!!), etc.
Sales is getting sloppy - proof-reading the 3 or 4 sentences that change in the daily ad/sale is not exactly a time consuming task!! Heck, hire an intern to do some of the web-page grunt work for next to nothing, imply that they might have a job after graduation if they do well instead of a decent salary, and use your good people to handle the important parts (and NOT confusing your customers about your products is pretty ****ing important!!!).

Did you have one of the free-with HD sets in the cart? Things that are free-with often confuse the coupons - some of their value gets applied to the conditional freebie and is then lost when it becomes free. CS should be able to fix this for you.
They're probably clearing the path for a weekend blowout, and the current coupon likely would have had conflicting conditions.
@1gecko, Unfortunately, there is an issue with using coupons on a cart with free products in it. You didn't mention if any of the items in the cart were free, but it sounds like the same issue. Apparently, Magento applies the coupon before zeroing out the free item's price. Daz has tried to change that, but it breaks other things.
If you purchased that cart, CS will put the difference in your store credit, by default, when they get to your ticket. They are always swamped this time of year. Of course, the easiest solution is to use the coupons on carts without free products. Though that isn't always possible. I used my Save6 coupon on a cart full of PC+ items a couple days ago. And then used the PlatClub coupon on a cart with only one DO.
I think it helps to look at the coupons as just extending your budget by $12/mo, rather than how much you saved on a product or cart. Since I've started looking at it that way, I just use the coupons each month with the first qualifying cart I have, (sans freebies!)

Reported the LEISA-LEISA-LEISA code not working on the Pro bundle - it did work on the Gift Card for me.
How about getting 20% off gift cards as originally promised by the OH-HELLO-MY-LEISA coupon ?
suggestion to the marketing team: if you really want to move some discounted genesis 8 bundles, don't sweeten the deal with free genesis 7 or 6 bundles. if i can't convert mei lin 6 to a genesis 8 figure, i'm not going to use her. y'all convinced me that genesis 8 was the future, remember? :)
just give us a good deal on the discounted genesis 8 figures' HD add-on.
when adding a figure's HD jacks my cart total up 25 bucks, the cart no longer looked like such a good deal. adding two characters' HD add-ons to the cart made that sweet deal look pretty darn sour. and back to the wishlist those two discounted bundles went. a budget is a budget, and i've got one.
really...a figure's HD add-on should be included in their pro bundle. try that again sometime. it'd really be a pro bundle then. :)

Ah, the discount for Leisa 6 Pro is automatic (if you get the message), it's only the Gift Card that needs a code.
We have pointed out the issue with the previous offer - you could buy a GC and open a Sales ticket to ask for the extra 10% as a discount, I suppose.
Yesterday, if you added one of the PC+ items that were New Debut for 1.88 in the cart, you got one of the HD add-ons free. Rinse, repeat. You could pick up as many of the HDs as you wanted. :) It wasn't a glitch.
I checked and it wasn't there (at least I didn't see it) just checked again and its there.
This, and the date back please its really not on to renague on offers.
I honestly don't feel that this should be offered as a solution to the problem, the coupon should be reinstated as it was origiinally given. Daz needs to fix their gameplan or they are going to lose their customer base. I have bought next to nothing in these last 2 sales because of the incorrect charges, messy sales ads etc it's just not worth my time to try to get what has been offered and then have to settle for something coompletely different because DAZ company doesn't honor what they are promoting. It's really sad!
I totally agree. I've been a customer here when they actually had it together..way back in Zygote times, selling virus and bacteria models ... then DAZ ... its gotten really bad with all the sales messes, and they surely should try to intigrate new store software as bad as this stuff they're using is. Obviously their customer service is overwhelmed with how long it takes them to get back..and by the time they do, the sales in existence when you wanted to save some bucks are long gone.
I've ben real close to just not bothering to even check the sales anymore..don;t need to as much as I've purchased anyway...but each tinme I allow my PC to elapse, it gets liklier I will not renew sooner or later. My huge investment in vcontent keeps me coming back, but soon it will be just for the software support and upgrades.
I do have a problem with not being able to control myself with the sales, but when they odn;t work as advertised, I dont bother... and it shouldn't be up tp us, the customer, to constantly create a sales ticket to get what we were told the sales terms were going to be.
The advertised "PLUS an EXTRA 10% OFF* Platinum Club+ For a Day Items" still does not seem to be working despite the required 4 items in the cart.
Yes. It's gotten to the point where I'll just take my $4 out of $6 and roll with it, or dump the cart if I'm feeling tetched. Not worth my time to fight about it.

I'm also having the problem. It only takes $2.00 off. Same with the PA coupon as well.
Yes. I did it twice in separate orders and ended up with 2 G8 Pro Bundles and 2 G3 Pro Bundles for $81 US.
today's 'platinum club for a day' items just entirely lost their discounts. all their discounts. any discounts.
dumping my cart and calling it a day.

Well, I came back to see if the "and a select free item!" thing was fixed... Not so much.
That's what I meant, that with the raise in price to $5 for catchups, the half price discount was effectively only 0.50 off the normal catchup prices. So, either you spend $58 to get fifty cents off what you would have paid normally, or you have to pay $2 over the normal catch up prices. It's kind of a lose lose proposition unless you were just planning to buy Leisa anyway.
