  There's a retro bathing suit involved in that image - it looks like.

  Seriously, pointy heals in a dingy. A fun image but for that.

  Thanks also for all the suggestions, but I had seen all those before I asked here, and they don't really match—except possibly (probably) the top, only, from the Japanese Sailor School Girl outfit.

  One significant difference between the shorts image I posted and all the similar retro styled outfits and bathing suits is there appear to be six buttons down the front—although it's obscured by the belt, and I guess those could have been just added.

  I think the whole outfit, including the stockings, garter, and shoes, must have been assembled from a number of different outfits. I very much appreciate all the interest and help.

  Thanks. I have the Be Pacific products, so was familiar with them, and the Japanese School Uniform product has been mentioned twice upthread, once being my acknowledgment of it as a likely source of the top of the outfit.
