Sorel, asked about this a couple of days ago. Apparently it's some new set "coming soon" according to Jack Tomalin. I've been drooling over that myself since I first saw that promo.

But...it needs a total retexture job in Studio. It loads with messed up opacity and needs to manually textured.
There's also a real nice one on Blendswap, but it's a non-comm only item, so it's not worth converting.
There's also a few on Turbosquid (raw obj format) but they aren't cheap...

The least problems/frustrations (and probably best price) would be to wait for the set shown to actually be put on sale in the store.

I'm sure I will. Awesome looking in the promos and so glad you make it not just for 4.8 users. I had to downgrade and I miss out on a lot of the newer stuff because of it.
If you are ever looking for artist renditions for promos of anything in the works, just give me a heads-up :D
